LAMDA DEVELOPMENT S.A. informs that, on 13.12.2021 offers were submitted by (7) companies in the context of the relevant tender for the selection of a contractor for the construction of the first, basic infrastructure works in the Ellinikon.

The Company informs that the evaluation of said offers will follow and the selected contractor will be announced within February 2022.
